2 y.o has reoccuring infections and is always ill, shes failure to thrive. labs show igm 40mg/dl, iga is 372mg/dl & igg is, 962mg/dl.interpretations?

Results: IgM is normal: IgA is elevated and IgG is borderline elevated. Consistent with history of chronic infections. Follow-up with physician who ordered test for clinical correlation.

Other possible diagnoses would be chronic inflammation of upper / respiratory tract which can be due to allergy, cystic fibrosis, other causes for failure to thrive need to be considered too. More rare 1ry immunodeficiency diseases need to be ruled out, but unlikely. Your best bet would be a University / Tertiary care facility where they have allergists/ immunologists and other Pediatric sub-specialists to help sort it out, good luck
