Time to be seen: A headache lasting 3 days has to be addressed promptly. Otherwise not enough to speculate as any other symptoms, character of the headache, location, circumstances at onset, meds tried will count. You need a focused exam, detailed history, meds review and labs and /or imaging as felt necessary
