I have been suffering from headache for the past three days, what is the reason for it and what kind of drugs should i take?

Not so simple: Perhaps, you possess an infection, such as a head cold, or urinary tract problem, but might conceivably be a migraine attack, TMJ dysfunction, sinusitis, a secondary ha from neck problems, or even due to nearby nerve compression. Otc drugs such as aleve or tylenol (acetaminophen) might help, but the better question is whether the headache is the start of a future problem. Maybe contact your doctor if continues.
