Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take paracetamol for pain, not more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

What type of headache can be a pounding pain on top of head or in back of the head. Mostly in back but does not go to neck. Moving makes it worse.
