I : I cannot tell you the cause of your symptos. Have you had unprotected sex? Symptoms of pregancy can include breast tenderness and swelling, feeling tired, slight cramping, brief spotting of blood with implantation, lack of a period, nausea, urinating more often, feeling hungry to list a few. If you miss your period then recommend you take a pregnancy test.
