Hi there. in 2015 i fell on my back, i did go for xrays of my upper spine but nothing showed on the xray. i have pins and needles since then on the upper centre of my spine. how do i go about getting a mri done and can i see a back specilast?

Sure: It would help to talk to your primary care provider, who should be able to order an MRI, if one is needed. S/He can also refer you to a back specialist.
