Blood pressure: Would suggest started checking your blood pressure whenever possible. You can find cuffs in drugstores or gyms. Allow for few minutes sitting for blood pressure to settle. Otherwise physical exercise, maintain optimal weight and decrease at a minimum salt and refined sugar in your diet. If your BP seems to be mostly over 130-140 systolic with 90 and over diastolic let your PCP know.
