Hello, i recently took a screening last november and my results showed that i need to improve my blood pressure. how can i improve in that category?

Holistic approach: Lifestyle modifications can help control your blood pressure & include regular aerobic exercise for about 30 minutes daily, maintaining proper weight & regular relaxation or meditation practice. Increase your intake of whole foods such as vegetables & fruit & cut down on sugar caffeine alcohol & smoking. Vit C supplements may help. Conventional treatment may include prescribed drugs. Lifestyle maybe meds: If resting blood pressure (BP – after 5 min of sitting and at least 30 min after exercise) is over 120/80 mmHg, start lifestyle changes, such as reducing salt intake and exercising. If resting BP is over 130/80 mmHg, your doctor may want to start you on a medication, depending on your situation. If your resting BP ever goes over 180/120 mmHg, seek urgent medical care urgently.
