Hi, can you take nurofen plus with solpadol? i have fractured my foot and was prescribed difene 50mg capsules, but are making me ill. can i take nurofen plus 200mg/12.8mg as an anti-inflammatory as well as the solpadol 500mg/30mg i was prescribed

No, you shouldn't: Both Nurofen Plus and Solpadol 500/30 contain codeine and an aspirin-like product, so you would be taking more of both than your doctor recommended. My advice is to stick with just Solpadol 500/30. If that alone doesn't control your pain, please contact your doctor for advice. Besides pain meds, they are other ways to get pain relief from an injury like this.
