That's a toughie: Someone will need to review them all. I just searched YouTube. Assuming there are 5000 such videos (a conservative estimate) averaging 20 minutes each, 1 person doing nothing but watching them 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (taking into account holidays & vacations) will need at least a year to get through them all. So it depends on how many (unpaid) volunteers you could recruit for the project.

None: Hypnosis is built upon rapport. The sessions need to be tailored to the specific interests, needs, etc. of the patient. For hypnosis to work, you need to work with a trained, skilled therapist, that you trust. Free youtube videos, while good for illustrating hypnotic technique, are not very therapeutic. You will get what you pay for.
