I would suspect that: whatever was contributing to the rhomboid muscle spasm may also be contributing to some pleuritic chest pain, neck and back pain. Rhomboid spasm is often caused by overuse of your shoulder/arm from overhead activities. These same activities may have caused some intercostal muscle strain as well as neck and back pain. Ask your provider to help sort this out especially excluding any cardiac causes.
