My mom fractured both ankles and had surgery 2 years ago. she is diabetic. the foot that had surgery looks darker than the other foot. is this serious?

Darker foot: If there is no pain , swelling numbness tingling and your mother can use her foot well, i would not worry. Diabetes can cause skin changes either as dermapathy or acanthosis nigricans. Follow up with dermatology
