How do i treat ear wax build up in my 2 months old baby's ear?

You don't: Babies don't need you to mess with their ears beyond keeping the outer ear clean. If you can retrieve visible wax with your fingernail do so, but do not insert earbuds which tend to pack the wax deeper into the ear. If the doc needs to see the eardrum they have flexible plastic spoons to remove wax under direct vision.

Outside only: A wash cloth may be used to clean the outside of the ear, but no objects in the ear canal at home is recommended.
