Ear wax: You can use hydrogen peroxide to loosen and clear the wax from your ears. Since wax is produced daily, the peroxide can be used indefinitely

OTC meds: The are over the counter ear wax removal medications or you can use 1/2 strength hydrogen peroxide. Make sure you don't us Q-tips or ear plugs because they increase cerumen production.
