Only outside: Wax production is a normal process. It is only advisable to wipe away what you observe with a damp soft cloth or baby wipe. Never place anything inside your baby's ear smaller than your elbow. Placing anything inside your baby's ear may cause a puncture to the ear drum. Specifically a Q tip. All the best.
