A member asked:

Would stress aggravate menopausal hot flashes when on the oral chemotherapy, laradex?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: I believe stress as well as anxiety can play a significant role in both producing and aggravating hot flashes in both menopausal women and in women on medications like letrozole which can cause hot flashes themselves.
