My daughter 4yrs old has preauricular pit near left ear. it is there when she was born. pus comes out from the pit not regularly but some times. is it dangerous or can be treated at this age? there is no fever or swelling, pls suggest?

I would have her seen by an ENT surgeon. The symptoms suggest the pit is connected to a fistulous tract into a cyst that can become more problematic over time. Having the tract & cyst removed is a common treatment.
