I had tendonesis surgery 5 weeks ago with a bunch of clean up etc in my shoulder. my physical therapist was amazed how great was doing, well i got punched in the shoulder yesterday and it hurts, not just sore muscles could it have reinjured my repair?

Possibly: Don't speculate. In view of significant shoulder pain you should consult your orthopedic surgeon who performed the operation for evaluation and advice.
