Depends on units and: Depends on reference range. If the IgG antibody level for Type 1 and for Type 2 herpes are both well above the upper limit of the reference ranges, then the patient is presumed immune to catching those viruses. In the usual situation, where the patient's antibodies are his own (not from a transfusion or injection), then he is immune because he already caught both viruses.
