How accurate is a blood test for type specific ab hsv 1&2 igg after waiting 5 years to test from possible exposure? i tested both negative in 2018 and 2020 but think i contracted oral herpes back in 2013?

HSV test accuracy: Accurate for HSV2, not HSV1. The negative result shows for sure you do not have HSV2. You could still have HSV1: up to one third of people with HSV1 never develop positive blood tests.
