Do dental xraya cause brain tumors or not? i see different answers, some drs say yes, some say no. which is it? also, did having dental xrays in 80s and 90s raise risk of brain tumors or not? thank you

No, but yes if...: If you are the unluckiest of all people, then yes. Otherwise, it doesn't happen. Think about CT scans, which are multiple x-rays so more radiation. As long as there is a good reason for a scan, CT's are still fine to do. If repeated scans are planned for following a serious illness, a patient can ask his doctor what options there are in order to decrease the total number of scans in his lifetime.
