Had extra dental xray-pa of area- high up in top gum area.since it seemed like it was high due to location,could that have increased brain tumor risk?

Not likely: because dental x-rays use very low radiation dose. It will take thousands of dental x-rays to pose this risk. A CT scan has much higher radiation dose risk.
