Yes , it could: The nerves that go to the teeth and muscles of the face could be affected by the pressure caused from a growing mass in the brain. The location of the tumor , size and density all contribute symptoms and tooth pain is included in that group.

Yes: Anything that puts pressure on a nerve in the head and neck area can cause referred pain in a tooth. All tooth pain should be checked by a dentist to ensure it isn't caused by decay or an infection though.
