I had been diagnosed with genital warts when i was 20 (had them frozen) but have had two clear sti test since (im now 42 and been married for 15 years) and i think i have genital warts again. is it possible that the same infection is back?

Recurrent warts: Yes, this is possible. Recent research shows that late recurrence of genital warts, or other manifestations of HPV (like abnormal pap smears in women) is more common than previously believed. But it's not harmful -- an inconvenience, not a serious health threat. See your doctor and get treated, if warts are confirmed. They probably won't come back again. Good luck!
