Try melatonin 5-10mg: In order to sleep well you will need to evaluate and improve your sleep hygiene. Things to avoid before bed are: caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, large meals, intense activities and any stimulants. Also avoid naps. Things to try are: mindfulness, meditation, relaxing music, warm milk and a constant bedtime. Try also to get up earlier and at the same time every day ( including weekends ).
