Melatonin: You can try melatonin. Take 1 hour prior to your desired bedtime and see how that works for you. It is sold over-the-counter.

Melatonin: Is an excellent choice. For patients whose anxious ruminations make falling asleep difficult, i often use a combination of Buspar (buspirone) and melatonin. Ensure that your bedroom is quiet & dark. Only use the bedroom for sleep & sex- no activating activities. Good luck.
