PAC: At your age PAC is more likely from some type of stimulant , thyroid problem or electrolyte problem (Potassium or Magnesium). I get benign pvc and PACs. Sometimes I get 4-6 beat runs of PACs with no normal beats in between. Is this benign? Echo, cardiac mri, resting ecg, exercise ecg, electrolytes and thyroid all completely normal.
