Would brain tumor head pain come and go, or be constant? i know headaches dont mean brain tumor, but when there is head pain from one wouldn't it be constant?

Not necessarily: Patients with brain tumors may not experience significant headaches, they may have on and off headaches and only rarely continuous headaches. The pattern of the pain is not predictive of its source.
