Doctor can evaluate: Doctor might check for C. difficile intestinal infection. Culturelle probiotics may help somewhat. There are many Lactobacillus types, and different studies have tried various amounts of billions CFUs (colony forming units). There is not much good research that one can find on one particular brand or strain of Lactobacillus, but the GG strain in Culturelle decreased diarrhea in antibiotic users.

Antibiotics: Antibiotics will control severity and spread of dental infection, not cure it. You must see Dentist for appropriate treatment and/or change of antibiotic. You must see Physician to asses & treat your GI distress. You may have 2 concurrent but unrelated problems.
