I was prescribed cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) 150mg 4x daily for a tooth infection. i have developed a sinus infection severe cough and vag disch. is this common?

No: I would see your regular physician to have the other symptoms diagnosed. You may need to be on an other antibiotic. The tooth needs to be treated as soon as possible as well.

Comorbid condition: Sinus infection can be caused or aggravated by an infection of an upper tooth. Very often, roots of the top back teeth lie very close to the sinuses. See your doctor for evaluation, imaging and treatment.
