A member asked:

Are there dangers in eating dried noodles without cooking them? they're crunchy for snacking, but are they raw? is there a danger from their eggs and flour, or are dried noodles already precooked at the factory?

It's ok: Dried noodles which as instant (i.e. Ramen noodles), are precooked. One would place in boiling liquid to rehydrate it. There are some recipes which call for the crunch noodles which haven't been rehydrated. It is ok to eat.
