Time to see a doctor: Chest pressure with heartburn may or may not be acid reflux. Usually, one goes to the ER, as chest pressure in adults can be a heart problem. One should not drive herself (it's safer by ambulance). If she turns out not to have stomach reflux or heart symptoms, the ER will also have evaluated for problems such as myocarditis, collapsed lung, pneumonia, etc... Good evaluation can be done at the ER.
