I spent 4 days with no orthodics, mostly driving. on day 5, back in orthodics i had bad pain under right heel. now 3 days. sensitive to light touch. pain even when not walking.

Heel pain: Heel pain can be for various reasons. Some of the more common include the following: Plantar fasciitis, stress fracture, tendinitis, arthritis, nerve irritation or cyst. Given you have a history of needing to use a orthotic and were without it you have likely irritated your primary problem. The rest pain is likely secondary to nerve irritation.
