I had a mole removed on 3/10. stitches came out after 12 days. looked fine. next morning when i woke up the wound opened. about 1 cm long. can only see doctor monday but wound needs cleaning, what can i use?

Sterile saline : If your local pharmacy/drug store has sterile saline solution - this is the best for cleaning/irrigating wounds. Since the wound was previously closed with stitches it should be clean, other than perhaps blood and dried serum, so you do not need to scrub it clean. Just rinse it with the saline or use warm soap and water and GENTLY rinse then cover with a sterile bandage.
