"slight bleeding" ?': A Mirena IUD may cause the "slight bleeding" if partially in the cervical canal. Minor bleeding should be evaluated by your gyn physician, as it may arise from fibroid tumors, polyps or hormonal factors. A pelvic ultrasound and other testing should find the cause.
