I had mirena inserted last year. but i spot. a gp gave me cyklokapron for it. my gynie said she checked the mirena and other, everything is fine even the slight bleeding. is it ok if i use the cyklokapron on these occasions as needed going forward?

"slight bleeding" ?': A Mirena IUD may cause the "slight bleeding" if partially in the cervical canal. Minor bleeding should be evaluated by your gyn physician, as it may arise from fibroid tumors, polyps or hormonal factors. A pelvic ultrasound and other testing should find the cause.
