Uterine Fibroid: A large uterine fibroid can interfere with the mirena (levonorgestrel). The dose of cyclopontan needs to be very carefully regulated to avoid bleeding. It has also been associated with serious complications, such as retinal degeneration. The NSAID should help alleviate some of the pain symptoms. I would follow up immediately with your gynecologist and discuss these concerns, and possibly seek a second opinion.
