mirena inserted in april. i had a period last month, but the last week i've had cramps but haven't had any bleeding. is this normal? i do have endo.

Mirena/no bleeding: Yes, the progesterone in the Mirena can thin out the lining so there is nothing left to bleed off. The lack of bleeding is considered a beneficial side effect!
