Seek medical care: Might be completely benign, but could also be symptoms related to nerve compression either in your spine (bulging disc, or other spinal stenosis) or in the soft tissues in your neck and/or hips/lower extremities. Might also be a symptom of a systemic illness, ie diabetes. It would be worthwhile having this checked out in person.
