Good day. i am 39 weeks pregnant and i have been experiencing a bit of bleeding when trying to take a poop. not frequent only sometimes. should i be worried or its just hemmorrhoids?

Pregnancy hemorrhoid: All pregnant women are constipated - I may be exaggerating a little bit, but not much. When I was an intern, my hospital pharmacy gave all pregnant women colace (stool softener) and iron and prenatal vitamins in a bag, no prescription. Go see your PCP or OB to make sure hemorrhoids, but OK to take anusol, colace, and fruit/ veg/ fiber diet.
