Gum disease: You have infected gums. The hard accretions cannot be removed with brushing and flossing alone. The bleeding is a signal that your gums/bone are seriously damaged. See a General Dentist immediately. Referral to a specialist m ay be in order. This is serious, and readily treatable in it's early stages.
