Nausea with sleep: Causes for nausea can be extensive. Given this happens at night a more likely cause would be a gastric problem such as GERD, gastritis, gastropwaresis or peptic acid disease. However recurrent nausea can have multiple causes such as the following: addisnon's, arnold chiari, drugs, liver problems, hypoglycemia, thyroid. The list could be extensive. This would probably best explored with a consult
