I'm getting these unexplained dizziness spells and nausea. i eat right and 3 times a day. and get enough sleep at night. any ideas?

Dizziness causes: Dizziness is a rather nonspecific symptom. Have to differentiate between lightheadedness, more like faintness, or vertigo which typically has some component of movement like a spinning sensation. Can get nausea as a result of dizziness; rarely the other way around. Recommend physician consultation to look for causes of the dizziness.
