Contact your OB!: There are treatments available for your nausea etc. that are safe during pregnancy, but only with your OB's knowledge & consent. Ginger ale and crackers eaten when you wake up and between meals may help relieve the nausea and hunger pain. Since you're so young, it's very important that you get proper nutrition from the start, so please take this problem (and your prenatal vitamins) seriously.
