Try this: In the morning before you raise your head from pillow, eat some dry crackers (like trisciuits), stay on your pillow for 10 minutes. 2. Raise your head slowly and sit on the side of bed for 5 minutes and then get up slowly. 3. You can also try to eat little bit of fresh ginger while sitting on the side of bed. 4.
