Arthritis: It may be a form of arthritis and you may need more specific blood work. You could try aleeve or Motrin to see if this gives you releif.

Aches: Could be a lot of things. The itch and lump may not be related which confuses matters. Would be useful to know what labs you've had that were normal. Viral illnesses can do weird things to adults, include make your joints swell and your skin itch. I'd be concerned if you were having fevers or losing weight unexpectedly.
