A member asked:

Is there a difference between ridaq and adco retic? my listed chronic med is ridaq which i'm suppose to take 1 tablet a day but my doc gives me adco retic which i should only take half.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

High blood pressure : Ridaq is a single salt medication for blood pressure control. Adco-retic is combination of ridaq and amiloride. Your doctor seems to be trying you on a lower dose of combination pill and can adjust the dose after monitoring your response to it.
