3 groups of med: Did he discuss the changes with you? your BP may not have been under control.Now you are on amlodipine+ benazepril & carvedilol- Calcium channel blockecker,ACE inhibitor & beta blocker. If your BP is not under control in 3 months get a second opinion from a hypertension doc or medical school specialist. Without details hard to comment on the combination.
