Child had grommets inserted few months ago. now has a yellow reddish discharge coming out from both ears what could be the problem?

Infection: Grommets will usually reduce but does not end a kids tendency to middle ear infections. Yellow & reddish drainage suggests a middle ear infection draining into the canal, a canal infection or in rare instances rejection of the grommet. An exam is needed to sort this out.
