My daughter 7yrs and 41kgs had several cystitis with micro and macro hematourias in the last 6 months from february till today in 6 tests she always has 4-6 erytrocites in field in morning urine. kidney and bladder ultrasound is ok. why?

If the kidney function tests are OK and there is no protein in the urine then observation with periodic retesting is recommended. Micro hematuria has many reasons some difficult to identify.
