I have been having a persistent cramp pain on the top part of my arm, now the cramping has gone down the rest of my arm. i normally struggle to find my veins when donating from this arm but now the veins are clear and when i rub over them it hurts ?

Phlebitis: Although less common phlebitis of the upper extremity can happen. Typically most common with some type of central venous access line. However, can happen in trauma or with some type of obstructive process to the upper extremity. I would have your arm checked.
